You can delete your EasyTrade account and its data at any time, with or without the app installed. This page explains exactly what goes, what stays, and how long it takes.
Open EasyTrade and go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, then confirm. Deletion runs immediately; there is no waiting period and no reactivation window, so make sure you mean it.
If you have already uninstalled EasyTrade, email bhidy@mubashermedia.com from the address you registered with, with the subject "Delete my account". We verify that the request comes from the registered address and then delete the account for you. We reply within two business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of your request. We will never ask you for your password.
Your profile — display name, email address, phone number if you gave one, avatar or profile picture, country, and your answers to the onboarding questions (age band, life stage, market experience, goal). Your whole game: Points balance and every Points ledger entry, contest entries, picks, results and the entry audit trail, practice runs, achievements, streaks, league and season standing. Your content: community posts and replies, clan and league memberships, referrals you sent or received, and every Shaheen assistant conversation and message. Your device links: push-notification tokens and notification preferences. And finally your sign-in identity itself, including any Apple or Google connection, so the account can no longer be signed into.
Two small things survive, and neither identifies you afterwards. Technical diagnostics — a crash report or a notification-delivery record — have your account link removed rather than the row deleted, so we do not lose the evidence of a bug that is affecting other people; crash diagnostics are then deleted automatically 30 days after they were recorded. Aggregate contest figures — how many people entered a contest and what its prize pool was — stay in our records, because they are counts and totals that name nobody. Anything that cannot be erased in the same instant as the account, including a profile picture you uploaded, is deleted or permanently detached from your identity within 30 days.
If you created a clan or a league that still has other members, it is handed to the longest-serving remaining member instead of being deleted — deleting your account must not delete other people’s team. If nobody is left, it is closed.
Points are an in-app score. They cannot be bought with real money, cannot be cashed out, and have no value outside the app, so deleting your account forfeits your balance and there is nothing to refund or transfer. EasyTrade holds no funds and no payment details of any kind.

ملفك الشخصي: الاسم الظاهر، والبريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الجوال إن كنت قد أدخلته، والصورة الرمزية أو الشخصية، والدولة، وإجاباتك عن أسئلة التعريف (الفئة العمرية، والمرحلة الحياتية، وخبرتك بالسوق، وهدفك). ولعبك كاملًا: رصيد النقاط وكل حركة في سجلّها، والمشاركات والاختيارات والنتائج وسجلّ تدقيق الاشتراكات، والجولات التدريبية، والإنجازات، والسلاسل المتتالية، وترتيبك في الدوري والموسم. ومحتواك: منشوراتك وردودك في المجتمع، وعضوياتك في المجموعات والدوريات، والإحالات التي أرسلتها أو تلقّيتها، وكل محادثة ورسالة مع مساعد شاهين. وارتباطات جهازك: رموز الإشعارات الفورية وتفضيلات الإشعارات. وأخيرًا هويّة تسجيل دخولك نفسها، بما فيها أي ارتباط مع Apple أو Google، فلا يعود بالإمكان الدخول إلى الحساب.
يبقى شيئان صغيران فقط، ولا يعرّف أيٌّ منهما بك بعد الحذف. السجلّات التقنية — تقرير عطل أو سجلّ توصيل إشعار — يُزال منها ارتباطها بحسابك بدلًا من حذف السطر نفسه، حتى لا نفقد الدليل على خلل يؤثّر في أشخاص آخرين، ثم تُحذف تقارير الأعطال تلقائيًا بعد 30 يومًا من تسجيلها. والأرقام الإجمالية للمسابقات — كم شخصًا اشترك وكم بلغت الجائزة — تبقى في سجلّاتنا لأنها أعداد ومجاميع لا تسمّي أحدًا. وكل ما لا يمكن محوه في اللحظة نفسها التي يُحذف فيها الحساب، بما في ذلك صورة شخصية رفعتها، يُحذف أو يُفصل نهائيًا عن هويّتك خلال 30 يومًا.
إذا كنت قد أنشأت مجموعة أو دوريًا ما زال فيه أعضاء آخرون، فإنه يُسلَّم إلى أقدم عضو باقٍ بدلًا من حذفه — إذ لا يصحّ أن يؤدي حذف حسابك إلى حذف فريق أشخاص آخرين. وإذا لم يبقَ أحد، يُغلق.
النقاط نقاط داخل التطبيق. لا تُشترى بأموال حقيقية، ولا تُصرف نقدًا، وليست لها أي قيمة خارج التطبيق، ولذلك يسقط رصيدك بحذف حسابك ولا يوجد ما يُسترد أو يُحوَّل. ولا يحتفظ EasyTrade بأي أموال ولا بأي بيانات دفع من أي نوع.
